Jenny Nikolai

Jenny Nikolai currently serves as Vice President at ThedaCare since November 2023. Prior to this role, Jenny was the Director of Strategy at Mayo Clinic from June 2022 to November 2023. Jenny's extensive experience at Froedtert Health spanned over a decade, where key positions included Director of Network Operations, Director of Ambulatory Network Operations, and Manager of Practice Development. Additional experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Security Health Plan (2009-2010) and as an Administrative Fellow at Marshfield Clinic (2007-2009). Jenny holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and an MBA in Health Care Management from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business.
