Carlos Gutierrez

Carlos Gutierrez serves as the Chairman and CEO of EmPath since July 2020 and has held various board positions across multiple organizations, including Exelon and MetLife. Active on the National Foreign Trade Council as Chairman since September 2017, Gutierrez has also contributed to Occidental's board since July 2009 and served on the boards of PwC, Albright Stonebridge Group, and Time Warner, Inc. throughout their career. Notably, Carlos was Vice Chairman of Citi's Institutional Clients Group from December 2010 to February 2013 and served on Corning Incorporated's board until 2012.
