Jatin Guntupalli

Jatin Guntupalli is currently serving as a Digital Customer Service Agent at The Football Association, a position held since June 2023, where responsibilities include delivering customer service for various grassroots digital products and creating guidance articles for the Grassroots Technology Knowledge Base. Prior to this role, Jatin worked as a Grassroots Service Desk Administrator at The FA and held positions at Dulwich Hamlet Football Club as Assistant Club Secretary, managing player registration documentation and matchday operations for women's games, as well as liaising with various stakeholders. Jatin's experience also includes serving as Assistant Club Secretary/Head of Operations at Hendon FC, participating in league meetings and handling club operations in compliance with regulations. Jatin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Football Business and Media from UCFB and has completed A Levels in Economics, Politics, and Sociology at Heston Community School.
