Since August 2003, Ramon Biel has served as an Account Manager at theFactor.e, a full-service internet agency focused on enhancing digital dialogue between organizations and individuals. Prior experience includes roles as Team Leader and Project Leader in Service & Management at RCG from January 1994 to December 2000, and as a Traffic Manager.
