Dat Nguyen

Dat Nguyen is an experienced Data Engineer currently working at The General® since May 2021, focusing on the design and development of scalable data pipelines. Previously, Dat served as a Tutor at Tutor.com, assisting students in Database Management and programming languages, and as a Data Engineer Fellow at Springboard, gaining expertise in various data technologies. Dat's research background includes a postdoctoral role at Sungkyunkwan University, where significant contributions were made to improving MySQL/InnoDB performance, and a PhD in Database from the same institution. Earlier roles include research assistant and SAP consultant positions, showcasing a robust foundation in both academic research and practical application of data systems and software development.
