Ariel Filane

Ariel Filane is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in enterprise account management and business development. Currently serving as an Enterprise Account Executive at Hive since November 2023, Ariel focuses on generating new customer opportunities and expanding sales within enterprise accounts. Prior to this, Ariel held various leadership roles at MongoDB, including Sales Team Lead and Enterprise Account Executive, where the development of strategic prospecting techniques and account prioritization was instrumental. As a Co-Founder and EVP of A&R at Dirty Not Sorry, an event promotion company, Ariel is dedicated to connecting individuals through music. Previous positions include Senior Commercial Account Executive at Box, where Ariel excelled in closing significant deals, and Senior Account Executive at Yelp, where consulting on digital marketing strategies was a key responsibility. Ariel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UC Santa Barbara and possesses a rich background in classical piano from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music.
