Pawan Kumar Marella serves as Vice President of Strategic Growth Initiatives at Unilever, where an extensive career since May 2003 has encompassed roles such as Strategy Director & Chief of Staff for the Digital & Commercial Corporate Centre, and Marketing Director overseeing Beauty & Personal Care. Pawan has demonstrated outstanding leadership, exemplified by doubling business turnover in East Africa and establishing Unilever’s youngest company in a challenging frontier market, achieving over 200% CAGR. Recognized for expertise in training, Pawan is one of only 15 global trainers for Unilever's "Marketing Foundation" program. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Recently, Pawan completed the IRG100 Leadership Program at the Institute for Real Growth.
