Ashleigh then pursued further education at Stanford University, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Clinical Psychology and later completed their Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) degree in Clinical Psychology.

Continuing their education, Ashleigh pursued a postdoctoral masters degree (MSCP) in Clinical Psychopharmacology at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Ashleigh also completed the Advanced Professional Certificate Program in Behavioral Insights at UBC Sauder School of Business.

Ashleigh has additional certifications, including Emotional Fitness Instructor Level 1 from Coa, Applied Digital Health Ethics from Digital Medicine Society (DiMe), and several certifications in Behavioral Insights from UBC Sauder Continuing Business Studies. Ashleigh also holds a High School Diploma from Crofton House School.
