Edelynne Austria-Gavino

Edelynne Austria-Gavino is a seasoned professional in Total Rewards with extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and HRIS programs. Currently serving as a Total Rewards Partner at Thermo Fisher Scientific since November 2023, Edelynne previously held the position of Head of Total Rewards at ESET from July 2018 to November 2023, where leadership was provided on compensation and benefits strategies aligned with business goals.
