Joel Robinson

Joel Robinson is an experienced asset management professional currently serving as Asset Lead at Thiess since April 2021, following a tenure as Senior Asset Specialist. Prior to this, Joel worked at Glencore Coal from January 2016 to April 2021 in various roles, including Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, Acting Engineering Superintendent, Reliability Engineer, and Mechanical Engineer. Key responsibilities included the development and management of maintenance strategies for a range of machinery, oversight of a team of engineering and reliability professionals, and coordination of the installation of a Fleet Management System across numerous mobile assets. Joel holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from QUT, obtained in 2015, and completed further studies at CQUniversity between 2019 and 2021.
