Jaimin Rao

Jaimin Rao has extensive work experience in supplier and manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, and metallurgy. Jaimin currently works as an Advance Manufacturing and Supplier Engineering at THINK Surgical. Prior to this, they worked as a Sr. Supplier Quality Manager at Amazon and held various roles at Medtronic related to supplier and component quality engineering. Jaimin has also worked at Stryker Orthopaedics, Caterpillar INC., Jernberg Industries, and Swill Copper LTD. Their early career includes research associate roles at Illinois Institute of Technology and Maharaja Sayaji Rao University.

Jaimin Rao holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Metallurgy from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, which they earned between 1997 and 2001.
