Efthymios Avgerinos

Efthymios Avgerinos is an advisor at ThinkSono. Efthymios was previously an assistant professor of surgery at UPMC from July 2012 to October 2016. Before that, they were a clinical instructor in surgery at UPMC from September 2011 to June 2012.

From May 2011 to September 2011, they worked as a staff vascular surgeon at the Department of Vascular Surgery at Attikon University Hospital. From September 2010 to April 2013, they served as the secretary general of European Vascular Surgeons in Training.

From November 2008 to March 2011, they were a resident in vascular surgery at the Department of Vascular Surgery at Attikon University Hospital. From March 2007 to October 2008, they were a resident in vascular surgery at 2nd Department of Surgery at Laiko University Hospital.

From November 2006 to January 2007, they were a resident in vascular surgery at Klinikum Frankfurt Hoechst. From January 2003 to October 2005, they were a resident in general surgery at Asclepeion Voulas Hospital.

Efthymios Avgerinos has a PhD in Surgery from the University of Athens, and an MD in Medicine from the University of Thessaly.
