Erin Lefevers

Erin LeFevers is a seasoned customer service professional with extensive experience in support and sales roles. Currently employed as a Support Expert at ThirdLove since February 2018, Erin provides guidance and feedback to Fit Stylists while also facilitating customer recovery opportunities. Previously, Erin excelled as a Fit Stylist, effectively utilizing various communication methods to enhance customer experiences. Prior to ThirdLove, Erin served as an Assistant Property Manager at SmartStop Self Storage and held multiple positions at AMF from January 2006 to October 2017, including bartender, waitress, customer service representative, league stat recorder, and front desk staff. Earlier experience includes a cashier role at H-E-B. Erin holds a diploma from Chico Sr High and a certificate in EMT from Butte College.
