Tessie Conyers

Tessie Conyers is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management, currently serving as a Line Cook at This Is It! Southern Kitchen & BBQ since January 2020. Previous roles include Cook and Chef at Zoes Kitchen, where Tessie was responsible for prepping fresh ingredients and organizing daily kitchen operations from 2013 to 2023. Additional experience includes preparing food for events at Emory Conference Center Hotel, creatively executing recipes at Michon Smoke House and Seafood Restaurant, and holding supervisory and customer service roles in various establishments, including Atlanta Bread Company and Red Roof Inn. Tessie holds a culinary diploma from Atlanta Technical College and has foundational education in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Atlanta Area Tech.
