Karen White

Karen White is an experienced executive in human resources, currently serving as an Executive Partner at THL Partners since September 2023. Previously, Karen held the position of Chief People Officer at GeneDx from September 2020 to July 2023 and was Vice President of Human Resources at Syneos Health from June 2016 to September 2020. Earlier roles include Managing Director of Human Capital at inVentiv Health Consulting and Director of Talent Development at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Karen's career also features positions as Vice President at Goldman Sachs and Organization Leadership Consultant at IBM, amongst others. With an MBA in International Finance from The George Washington University School of Business and a BA in Political Science/Soviet Studies from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, Karen has a strong educational background complementing extensive professional expertise.
