Audrey McManus

Audrey McManus is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources management spanning over two decades. Currently serving as HR Manager at Thomas Built Buses since April 2015, Audrey oversees HR operations for a workforce of more than 1,800 employees, focusing on employee and labor relations, including union negotiations and grievance resolutions. Prior to this role, Audrey held various positions at Detroit Diesel, where responsibilities included managing HR functions for multiple manufacturing plants and advising management on employee relations. Additional experience includes roles at Federal-Mogul Corporation and Trinity Health, specializing in benefits administration and compliance.
