Amanda Nickles

Amanda Nickles currently serves as a Program Coordinator at Jefferson Health, a role commenced in January 2024, focusing on health equity initiatives. Previously, Amanda was a National Health Corps Member at the National Health Corps from January to December 2023, where efforts were directed towards health screenings in underserved areas of Philadelphia. Past experiences include roles as an Academic Associate at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Health Center Coordinator at Neighborcare Health, and Americorps Member at United Way of King County, emphasizing care coordination, clinical research, and nutrition education. Amanda also contributed to pediatric safety research at St. Barnabas Hospital and engaged in community health initiatives with the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. Amanda holds a Postbaccalaureate Pre-Professional Program degree in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies from Thomas Jefferson University and a degree in Political Science with a minor in Humanitarian Studies from Fordham University.
