Desta Mideksa has over 19 years of experience in the field of information management and customer service. Currently serving as the Team Lead for Identity and Access Management at Health Partners Plans since 2004, Desta has demonstrated leadership and expertise in managing critical security functions. Previously, from 2000 to 2002, Desta held the position of Director of First Impressions at Crown Plaza Hotel, showcasing strong interpersonal skills and operational management. Desta holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Science and Technology from Drexel University, completed in 2004.
