Justin Griffin-Holst

Justin Griffin-Holst is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as a Captain at Thomas Keller Restaurant Group since January 2019. Previously, Justin worked as a Captain at Chef Mads Refslund's Pop-Up in Aspen for a two-month engagement in early 2020 and held the same role at Major Food Group's The Grill in New York City from May 2017 to January 2019, where the restaurant received the New York Times' Restaurant of the Year award in 2017. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from San Francisco State University and has pursued education at Arizona State University, Drexel University, and Stockton University.
