Courtney Esposito

Courtney Esposito has extensive experience in the banking and retail industries, currently serving as a Commercial Lender Trainee at Thomaston Savings Bank since May 2018. Previous roles at the bank include Accounting Generalist and Bank Teller, where responsibilities included maintaining customer confidentiality, balancing cash drawers, and processing various transactions. Prior to this, Courtney held the position of Front End Supervisor at ShopRite Supermarkets, overseeing financial operations and training staff. Additional experience includes serving as an Undergraduate Research Intern at Tow Youth Justice Institute and working as a Case Coordinator at Connecticut Junior Republic, focusing on client assessment and crisis intervention. Courtney holds a Master's degree in Forensic Accounting from Cambridge College and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from the University of New Haven.
