Michelle Puricelli has extensive experience in real estate law, currently serving as Counsel at Thompson Hine LLP since 2023, where responsibilities include leading a team and managing complex real estate transactions. Previously, at RPT Realty, Michelle was the lead in-house counsel overseeing a significant net-lease retail assets acquisition initiative. Positions prior to this include Associate Counsel at Soave Enterprises, Assistant General Counsel at Simon Group Holdings, and Of Counsel at Dickinson Wright PLLC, focusing on transactional and contractual matters across various sectors. Michelle's earlier experience includes asset management at Alidade Capital, in-house counsel at The Taubman Company, and an associate role at Seyburn, Kahn, Ginn, Bess & Serlin, P.C. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Behavior from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Wayne State University Law School.
