Additional experience includes serving as an Assurance Associate at Teaman, Ramirez & Smith, Inc., focusing on government and non-profit entities, as well as tax return preparation. Joel's career began at ONRAD, Inc. as an Accounting Assistant, handling accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, and collections. Joel holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting from California Baptist University.
