Sharon Gottfriedson

Sharon Gottfriedson holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from Thompson Rivers University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Indigenous Business and Leadership from the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University. Currently serving as Associate Director at Thompson Rivers University since November 2024, Sharon has previously held significant roles including Manager of Healing Modalities and Community Engagement at the First Nations Health Authority, and Senior Housing Policy Analyst at the Assembly of First Nations. With a strong focus on housing policy, budget management, and strategic planning during tenure as Housing Manager for Tkemlups te Secwepemc, Sharon has also contributed to economic partnerships and workforce training as Pathways to Success Manager at AMTA, facilitating over 1000 Aboriginal hires in British Columbia's resource sector.
