Kevin Franxman

Kevin Franxman is an experienced construction professional with a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Northern Kentucky University. Since January 2013, Kevin has served as a Superintendent at Thompson Thrift, where responsibilities include scheduling and supervising subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, along with on-site project management focusing on quality, schedule, material, safety, and cost control. Prior to this role, Kevin was the Owner of KCFranxman Construction from October 2008 to January 2013, specializing in home improvements. Additionally, Kevin worked as an Assistant Superintendent at The Drees Company from October 2000 to October 2008, where duties involved scheduling, supervision, and project management, including local inspector walkthroughs.
