Colleen Dubzak

Colleen Dubzak, W8CED, is an accomplished embedded software engineer with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently employed at Thorlabs since August 2021, Colleen focuses on embedded software development. Prior to this role, Colleen served as a senior software engineer at Icom America Inc. from March 2008 to July 2021, where responsibilities included designing and developing product lines for the land mobile two-way radio sector. Colleen's previous positions also included senior engineer at GLD Consulting and director of engineering at Advanced Wireless Telecom, where the emphasis was on public safety/law enforcement technologies. Earlier in the career, Colleen held leadership roles in systems engineering at IPC Systems, Inc. and Orbacom Systems, Inc. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Boston University, awarded in 1987.
