Phillip Bolduc

Phillip Bolduc is an experienced real estate manager with a robust background in retail development. Currently serving as the Real Estate Manager at Thorntons LLC since November 2021, Phillip previously held significant roles such as West Coast Development Lead at BP, where management of a diverse team facilitated the expansion of the Arco AM/PM brand, and Real Estate Development Manager at Circle K, overseeing growth efforts in Illinois and Missouri. Phillip’s earlier experience includes founding Phillip Andrew Development, focusing on Walgreens and Walmart projects, and a long tenure as Senior Real Estate Manager at Walgreens, where responsibilities included new store development in multiple states. Phillip holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
