Thiago Carvalho

Thiago Carvalho is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and customer support. Currently serving as a Customer Engineer at Thoughtful AI since September 2024, Thiago previously worked as a Software Engineer at TrueML and as an Implementation Engineer at FactSet. Additional experience includes software engineering internships at TIAA and Holy Name Medical Center, as well as a lead instructional role at iD Tech Camps. Thiago began a career in web development at JT Web Computer Solutions Inc. and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Hudson County Community College.
