Mini Poroorkara is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in managing client services and delivery across various sectors, including retail, consumer, travel, transportation, and hospitality. Currently serving as SVP & Managing Director at Thoughtworks, Mini leads multiple verticals while also holding the position of Managing Director for Thoughtworks North America, East. Prior roles include Director of Client Services at Virtusa, and progressive leadership positions at Tata Consultancy Services, including Senior Client Partner and Senior Program Manager, which contributed to a strong foundation in client relationship management and program execution.
