The Leadership Team at Thresholds is responsible for setting the strategic direction, overseeing clinical operations, advocating for public policy, managing financial health, fostering community engagement and equity, driving talent acquisition and development, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency, and leveraging information technology to enhance service delivery for Kent County residents with developmental disabilities.
