Megan Pautler-Gutnikov

Megan Pautler-Gutnikov serves as Managing Director and Principal at KCB Real Estate Management, LLC, and KCB Management, LLC since January 2014, overseeing substantial investments in real estate and private equity sectors. With expertise in providing capital for value-add and opportunistic investments, as well as growth equity and buyouts, Megan has established a notable presence in the industry. Additionally, Megan contributes as a board member and observer to various companies including ThriftBooks, Revibe Men's Health, Spiral, and All Points North Lodge. Prior experience includes a position as Associate at Grayhawk Capital focusing on early-stage technology investments, and an internship at Restoration Partners. Megan holds a BS in Finance from W. P.
