Shelby Stelfox is a seasoned HR and operations leader with extensive experience in dynamic environments. Currently serving as a Fractional HR Leader at Thrive Humankind since 2024, Shelby previously held the position of Head of Administration & Culture at Panzura from 2020 to 2024, where remarkable achievements included overseeing a 369%+ ARR growth and crafting a people-first strategy for a fast-scaling, fully remote company.
