Mark Ward

Mark Ward is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the e-learning and technology sectors. Currently, as Co-Founder and Chief Technical Officer at THRIVE since October 2017, Mark focuses on transforming learning within organizations by enhancing knowledge sharing and supporting team upskilling. Prior to THRIVE, Mark held various roles including Product Manager at Learning Pool, Chief Technology Officer at Mind Click, and E-Learning Consultant, where responsibilities included managing development teams, coordinating product roadmaps, and providing technical leadership for e-learning solutions. Mark's earlier positions include Head of LMS Development at Mind Click, Creative Director at ST Excalibur, and Web Application Developer & Lecturer at Burton and South Derbyshire College. Mark holds multiple educational qualifications, including a Certificate in Education from Nottingham Trent University and an HND in Applied Computing from Staffordshire University.
