MacKenzie Phillips, MPH, PMP, is an accomplished public health professional with extensive experience in project management and program coordination. Currently serving as the Director of Project Management at Thrive Peer Recovery Services since November 2019, MacKenzie provides agile leadership to cross-functional teams and oversees the administration of over $7 million in annual grant revenue. Prior roles include Program Coordinator for the Cleveland Regional Perinatal Network at University Hospitals, where MacKenzie managed grant-funded activities aimed at reducing infant mortality and improving maternal mental health. MacKenzie also gained research experience as a PEER Fellow at Case Western Reserve University and as a Principal Investigator on various public health projects. Educationally, MacKenzie holds a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Education in Kinesiology from the University of Arkansas.
