The Recruitment and Partnerships team at Thrive Scholars is responsible for identifying and attracting high-achieving students of color from underrepresented backgrounds, as well as building and maintaining strategic partnerships with colleges and corporate organizations. This team collaborates to create pathways for students to access educational and career opportunities, ensuring they receive the support and resources necessary to thrive.
