Darcy Herold

Darcy Herold is currently the Vice President of Learning and Development at Thriveworks, a position held since November 2022. Prior to this, Darcy spent over 13 years at Vein Clinics of America, where roles included VP of Sales & VP of Employee Development, Assistant Vice President of Training and Business Development, Director of Training, District Sales Manager, Regional Sales Trainer, and Medical Liaison. Key achievements at Vein Clinics of America include leading teams to enhance operational efficiency and spearheading training programs that supported over 500 employees across 63 sites. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Territory Manager at Oscient Pharmaceuticals and a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at Eli Lilly and Company, where Darcy was recognized with a Peer Award of Excellence. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication, Sciences, and Disorders from Missouri State University.
