Gouri Gupte

Gouri Gupte currently serves as the Senior Director of Process Improvement at Thriveworks, a position held since July 2022. Prior to this role, Gouri was the Director of Performance Improvement at Cambridge Health Alliance, where responsibilities included leading the organization's improvement strategy and ensuring compliance with performance improvement methodologies. Gouri has extensive academic experience as an Assistant Professor at both Boston University School of Medicine and Boston University School of Public Health, focusing on quality improvement and healthcare management education.
