Micky Greene

Micky Greene is a Licensed Therapist at Thriveworks since December 2020, specializing in providing psychotherapy to a diverse caseload of clients facing a variety of mental health challenges. Micky has significant experience performing biopsychosocial diagnostic assessments and developing tailored treatment plans using evidence-based practices. Prior roles include Community Based Counselor at Counseling Alliance of Virginia, where Micky delivered intensive in-home counseling and developed training programs for LGBTQ+ client services, and Clinical Social Work Intern at Safe Harbor Shelter, focusing on trauma-informed care for victims of violence. Micky holds a Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Gender, Sexuality, & Women's Studies from William & Mary.
