Malou Eriksson

Malou Eriksson has a strong background in product development and engineering, currently serving as Team Manager for Soft Goods Development and Chief Engineer at Thule Group since April 2022. In this role, Malou oversees the technical aspects of product development and lifecycle maintenance, leading a team of technical specialists while collaborating with a cross-functional project team. Prior experience includes over a decade at Ikea of Sweden, where Malou held various positions such as Product Development Engineer, Product Improvement Engineer, and Product Engineer, focusing on living room seating products and technical improvements. Malou holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from Luleå University of Technology, earned between 2004 and 2009.
