Guilherme Ciuffi

Guilherme Ciuffi is an experienced professional currently serving as Group Leader in Innovation Management at thyssenkrupp since April 2014, with prior roles including Quality Engineer and Junior Engineer, focusing on Lean methodologies and operational excellence. In addition to the tenure at thyssenkrupp, Guilherme has taken on mentoring roles at Inovativa Brasil MDIC and Inovenow since 2022, and teaches graduate courses in MBA programs at Unianchieta- Centro Universitário Padre Anchieta.
