Alan Hubbard

Alan Hubbard has extensive experience in various operational and analytical roles spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Manager of Process & Controls Mapping and Manager of Retirement Operations at TIAA since October 2007, Alan oversees asset transfers, enrollments, and IRA processes while previously directing centralized quality control in retirement operations. As the Owner of SonRen Equity Group, LLC since 2002, Alan has leveraged entrepreneurial skills. Prior experience includes roles at Best Buy from 1993 to 2006, where responsibilities included performing analytical support for assortment decisions and managing regional marketing plans across multiple states. Alan's career began in the USAF from 1986 to 1993, serving as an instructor in various technical subjects. Educational achievements include an AA in Electronic Systems Technology and an AA in Instructor of Technology & Military Science from the Community College of the Air Force.
