Vaughn Alliton

Vaughn Alliton is an accomplished leader in technology risk and compliance with extensive experience in various senior management roles. Currently serving as the Iselin Culture Site Leader at TIAA, Vaughn also holds the position of Head of Technology/Digital Risk & Compliance, overseeing risk management for technology and digital initiatives. Previous roles include managing technology risk at Investors Bank, JPMorgan Chase, and Morgan Stanley, focusing on risk assessment, compliance, and information security strategies. Vaughn has a rich background in project management and operational leadership across global financial institutions, having also contributed to academia as an adjunct professor at Pace University. Educational credentials include a Doctorate in Technology Management from Pace University, an MBA in International Finance from Nova Southeastern University, and a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
