Jennifer B.

Jennifer B. is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Director of Partner Relations at TIB, N.A. since March 2020, Jennifer previously held significant roles, including First Vice President and Human Resources Director. At Grayson College, Jennifer was responsible for human resources strategy and leading the HR team from February 2017 to March 2020. Prior to that, Jennifer served as Senior Vice President and Regional Human Resources Manager at First United Bank, overseeing HR functions for 33 Texas locations, and as Senior Vice President and Human Resources Director at the American Bank of Texas. Jennifer's career in human resources began at LegacyTexas Bank, where Jennifer was an Assistant Vice President focusing on recruitment and employee relations. Jennifer earned a BSS in Social Sciences and English from Southern Methodist University and a Master’s degree in Finance from Texas A&M University-Commerce.
