Milla Suonpää

Milla Suonpää is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management and development. Currently serving as HR Manager for Tibnor in Finland since May 2022, Milla oversees all employee-related matters, including employer branding, recruitment, and performance management. Milla has extensive experience at SSAB, where roles included Human Resources Manager for Group HR, focusing on performance management processes, and HR Partner Manager providing strategic support within the steel division. Prior experience includes leading competence development initiatives at Rautaruukki, with positions ranging from Human Resources Development Manager to Specialist.
