Kelly A. Novak

Kelly A. Novak, MS, CAVS serves as the Community Engagement and Volunteer Manager at TidalHealth since August 2020, having previously held various roles within the same organization, including Volunteer Manager and Workforce Development Team member. Kelly has a rich background in volunteer management, having worked as a Volunteer Manager at NANTICOKE MEMORIAL HOSPITAL INC and held numerous positions at Nanticoke Health Services, culminating as the Director of Volunteer Programs. In addition, Kelly has been a Wellness Consultant at doTERRA International LLC since May 2014, specializing in the use of essential oils for wellness applications. Previous experience includes a Recreation Director role at Genesis HealthCare and teaching positions at Seaford Christian Academy and Calvary Baptist Christian School. Kelly holds a Master’s degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Pensacola Christian College and a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Fitchburg State University, along with an Associate degree in Communication and Media Studies from Greenfield Community College.
