Mihaela Kancheva

Mihaela Kancheva has extensive experience in quality assurance and financial crime escalation. Currently, Mihaela leads the FinCrime Escalations Team at Tide, a position held since May 2021, while also functioning as a Quality Assurance Analyst. Prior to this role, Mihaela worked at Sutherland from September 2016 to April 2021, where positions included Quality Assurance Specialist and Business Application Consultant. Mihaela holds a degree from the University of National and World Economy.
