Curt Zelder

Curt Zelder is an experienced professional with a diverse background in construction management, sales, and business development. Currently serving as an Assistant Construction Manager at Tides Equities since November 2023, Curt has previously held roles including Sales & Business Development Specialist and self-employed entrepreneur. As President of American Greenhouse Company & Manufacturing from May 2021 to October 2022, Curt led business operations, while also owning The Gleam Company, providing services in power washing and window cleaning from April 2017 to November 2021. Additional experience includes acquisitions at HomeVestors of America, Inc. and bus sales at Alliance Bus Group. Curt holds automotive certifications from Yuba College and Camptonville Academy obtained between 2005 and 2007.
