Communicating with audiences in a creative way to help the viewer better understand something or enjoy an experience more. Sometimes just showing something in a different light, can make a difference.

Right out of school Stephanie worked at an advertising agency where she learned a lot about the design industry. After joining TiER1 as a graphic designer, she found she shifted her way of thinking and approach to design: “But still, the result is always the same and you want to make an impact on your audience. You may be teaching them something, but you never stop learning about yourself” shares Stephanie.
