Melissa Castillo

Melissa (Mel) Castillo is a Learning Experience Designer at Tier4 Group since July 2024, specializing in developing engaging training content in collaboration with learning leaders and subject matter experts. Prior to this role, Melissa served as Lead Learning Experience Designer at Ease Learning for over seven years, ensuring the timely delivery of complex learning design projects. Academic experience includes positions as a lecturer and research assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where Melissa taught courses and assisted in digital library projects. Educationally, Melissa holds a Ph.D. in Information Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, along with a Master's degree in English from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Trinity International University.
