Jaana Vilponen

Jaana Vilponen has extensive experience in IT support and office administration. Currently serving as a Service Desk Specialist at TietoEVRY since April 2021, Jaana manages IT-related requests through various channels and resolves issues independently or with other support teams. Previous roles include Project Assistant at the City of Vaasa, where participation in customer meetings and bookkeeping tasks were key responsibilities, and Assistant at Multitronic, focusing on office tasks. Jaana has also held positions at the City of Vaasa as an Office Worker in the Division of Healthcare, Wärtsilä as an Invoicing and Delivery Coordinator intern, Fujitsu Communication Services Limited as a Helpdesk Technician, IBM as a 2nd level technician, and SYKES as a Mentor/Support Technician. Jaana holds a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Hanken School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Vaasan ammattikorkeakoulu.
