Richard Zydonik Jr.

Rich retired from Rowmark, LLC as the Chief Commercial Officer where he was responsible for business development in new geographic regions and markets, as well as global sales for the Rowmark extruded sheet division. Rich started with Rowmark in 2000 and served in several roles including Vice President of Sales and Marketing. During his tenure, the domestic and international sales and marketing team achieved double-digit revenue growth for 15 years. Rich was also actively involved in company acquisitions, completing 12 in less than 10 years.

Prior to Rowmark, Rich spent more than fifteen years working for the founding manufacturers of rotary engraving and laser marking systems where his responsibilities included operations oversight and worldwide sales. Rich attributes much of his leadership and technical skills to his time serving in the United States Marine Corps where he received training in ground-to-ground and ground-to-air electronic and communications maintenance.

Rich has written several articles for Awards & Engraving Magazine (A&E) and authored “The Engravers Bible,” the definitive text for engravers. He has also taught several education courses including topics on business management, sales success, and laser and rotary engraving. Rich is active on several industry marketing and educational boards, and formerly served as President of the Awards and Recognition Association, which serves over 4,000 members.

Rich is active in the community and stays involved with several local non-profit and education organizations. He serves on multiple boards including Tiffin University, Children’s Mentoring Connection (CMC) Foundation, the Convention & Visitor’s Bureau, and as an advisor on Board of Directors for several private businesses. He previously served for eleven years on the Board of Directors of CMC and as President in 2007.
